I first tried some basic yoga poses, starting with the Mountain Pose, feet together, chest up, and head raised, feeling the connection between my body and the ground. With each breath, the air expanded in my lungs and flowed smoothly out of my body, making my breath increasingly even. Then, I gradually transitioned to Downward Dog Pose, backbend, and even the ** pose on the ground. Each pose made me feel the strength and flexibility of my body, and every stretch of every muscle brought an indescribable sense of comfort.

As time went by, I realized that those things that once worried me seemed no longer important in this quiet moment. After the yoga practice, I sat down on the yoga mat, preparing to enter the meditation phase. The first step of meditation is to breathe slowly and deeply, allowing myself to gradually empty my thoughts. I closed my eyes and tried to focus my attention on the airflow between my nostrils, feeling the connection between myself and the outside world with each inhalation and exhalation. I gradually forgot the troubles of daily life, and only the tranquility and peace of the moment emerged in my mind.

Time flowed silently, accompanied by my breath, and my inner self was relaxed more than ever before. I felt a deep calmness that I had never experienced before, a feeling of harmony as if merging with nature. At this moment, my thoughts became bright and clear, as if I could see the deepest voice within. It told me that life is short, but full of beauty, and I hope I can treat everyone and every experience around me with a heart of tolerance and gratitude.

When I opened my eyes again, the faint moonlight still shone on me, and the world around seemed enveloped in gauze, becoming soft and dreamlike. This experience was a spiritual awakening, and also a process of finding and accepting myself in the night.

As I ended the day's yoga and meditation practice, I understood that life is like this night sky, sometimes dotted with stars, sometimes covered with clouds.
